Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are between you and Drutam, which operates Evergreen QR. By using the app or the service you agree to them. Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply to the iPhone app.

The service

Evergreen QR lets you create QR codes whose destination you can change later. You are responsible for the codes you create and for where they point.

Rules for codes (acceptable use)

You must not use Evergreen QR to point people to, or to help with:

You are responsible for where your codes point and for keeping them lawful. You must not use Evergreen QR for:

We remind all users of these rules at least every 3 months.

What we do about misuse

We check destinations automatically against Google Web Risk when they are set and every day after. We may pause or block a code (scanners then see a "disabled for safety" page), or suspend an account, without notice, when a code breaks these rules, when we receive a court order or a proper government notice, or when it protects people. You can appeal a decision through our Grievance Officer, and we will explain it. We act on court orders and government notices, and share account details with authorities only under a lawful order. Codes are never reused: a retired or blocked code never goes to anyone else. Report misuse at /report or contact@drutamtech.com.

Our responsibility

Evergreen QR is an intermediary: we host the links our users set and don't choose or check their content beyond the safety checks above. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by the pages your codes point to, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days.
